Personalized designs created for customers remain part of our creative catalog and may be used for promotional purposes unless the customer requests otherwise.

Delays caused by shipping carriers
Damage occurring after delivery
Allergic reactions or sensitivities to fragrances
Misuse of candles or failure to follow safety instructions
Typographical errors provided by the customer during personalization

Personalized Order Conditions
Personalized items are custom‑made and therefore non‑refundable and non‑returnable. Please review all names, dates, messages, and design
selections carefully before submitting your order.
We do not modify or cancel personalized orders once production has begun.
Slight variations in color, marbling, or design are normal due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
Personalized candles may require additional processing time.
If an error is made by 90 Miles Candles, we will gladly correct or replace the item.

Processing times vary depending on product type and personalization. Shipping estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided. International orders may be subject to customs fees or delays.
